 How to make saffron starch pudding?

    Starch pudding is one of the nutritious and delicious desserts that can be made even tastier with a few pinches of saffron. Saffron’s fragrance and taste cannot be easily ignored in food recipes.

 This dessert is rich in antioxidants, calcium, and protein, all essential nutrients for the health of the body. Here are the ingredients and instructions to prepare for your family and friends great and sweet moments of gathering with saffron starch pudding.

 

Ingredients:

  • Eggs  3
  • Sugar Cube Powder 1 glass
  • Starch 1 glass
  • Milk 6 glasses
  • Brewed Saffron 2 tsp
  • Cream 100 grams
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Instructions:

  • First, add starch to the cold milk and whisk it till it is melded.
  • Add salt and sugar cube powder to the mixture.
  • Put the saucepan on the stove, and boil the milk (make sure to stir it while it heats).
  • Separate egg yolks from egg whites for we only need egg yolks. Beat the yolks till they look smooth and fully mixed. Add saffron to it.
  • Mix the yolks with the mixture of milk and starch and whisk again. At this stage, the milk changes colors.
  • Mix the egg whites with the cream and blend it. Add the new mixture to the previous mixture (the mixture of egg yolks, starch, milk, and saffron). whisk all slowly (use circular stirring).
  • Before you pour the mixture into the bowls, make sure to brush a small amount of oil onto the bottom and sides of the bowls.
  • Place the dessert-filled bowls in the refrigerator and keep them there for 3 hours.

Garnish the bowls with toppings of sliced strawberries, chocolate chips, whipped cream, and pistachio.
