Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 150 g. of strawberries
- 100 g. of blackberries
- 75 g. of sugar
- ½ glass of white wine
- 250 g. of milk
- 20 g. of white flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 sachet of saffron
Preparation
- Squeeze an orange, put the juice in a pan with 2 tablespoons of sugar and the wine. Cook until the syrup has shrunk. In a bowl, with a whisk, whip the egg yolks with the remaining sugar and add the flour, making sure that no lumps form.
- Dilute the saffron with the hot milk and pour into the mixture; bring it to a boil over low heat for about 10 minutes. Let it cool down. Add the orange syrup and divide the cream into four bowls. Serve cold garnished with strawberries and blackberries.
